My
Lam is a famous stream in Yen Son district of Tuyen Quang province. It is 13km
to the south-east of Tuyen Quang central town. The mineral stream is very
effective for the treatment; including mineral mud bath service which is very
popular for tourists in Vietnam travel.
My Lam mineral stream has sulfur mineral water underground,
was discovered from the 60s. In 1965, the My Lam spa resort was built on a hill
where My Lam stream gently flowing through that is very effective for healing.
Currently, My Lam spa resort extends to serve tourists and
mineral mud bath, guests will feel very natural when soaking in a bathtub
filled with warm mineral water and watching the brilliant flowers are showing
flavor in the sunshine.
Bath water is always warm in air conditioning and
temperature 40 - 42oC always gives guests comfortable feel. Sulfide mineral mud
bath is the method to cure arthritis pain, neuralgia, bringing joy and health
for many patients.
